Stephen Gravett has more than 43 years of experience in real estate development and construction. He graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a BS degree in management science. While the main concentration of his development history is residential he has also built and developed high rise condominiums, rental apartments as well as industrial, commercial, retail and office. Stephen is the construction qualifier and licensed Real Estate Broker for Kennedy. He began his career in real estate development shortly after leaving the United States Air Force as a B-52 pilot in the Strategic Air Command. He currently calls Delray Beach his home. He enjoys traveling abroad, skiing and spending time with his family.
Kevin Swill is a COO with more than 30 years of experience within the real estate industry. Kevin started his career in the real estate investment banking in New York City. After 13 years, Kevin moved over to the private side and led a large, privately-owned real estate development company; buying, financing, building, operating and selling all real estate asset types nation wide. Kevin brings these experiences as well as his expertise to South Florida and will expand Kennedy Homes, LLC’s footprint in Florida. Kevin enjoys international travel, scuba diving, golf and spending time with his family.
